Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 25 days.

If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Because MSTIhub provides digital content and live online experiences, such as webinars, workshops, and downloadable materials, refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances:

Eligibility for a Refund

We will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment.

  • You were unable to access the digital content or live session due to a technical issue on our side.

  • The purchased event was cancelled or rescheduled and you can no longer attend.

To complete your refund, please contact our support team within the 25-day window using the email associated with your purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after gaining access to members-only content or a live event.

  • You failed to attend a live webinar for reasons outside our control.

  • The 25-day period has passed since your original payment.


How to Request a Refund

Include your:

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Brief reason for your request

We’ll review your submission and reply within 3–5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@mstihub.com
