Our refund and returns policy lasts 25 days.
If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Because MSTIhub provides digital content and live online experiences, such as webinars, workshops, and downloadable materials, refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances:
We will issue a refund if:
You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment.
You were unable to access the digital content or live session due to a technical issue on our side.
The purchased event was cancelled or rescheduled and you can no longer attend.
To complete your refund, please contact our support team within the 25-day window using the email associated with your purchase.
Refunds will not be issued if:
You changed your mind after gaining access to members-only content or a live event.
You failed to attend a live webinar for reasons outside our control.
The 25-day period has passed since your original payment.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
